1.作为公司AI芯片产品与客户之间的技术桥梁，深度参与AI项目售前全流程，针对客户在AI推理芯片需求，结合公司产品特性，提供专业的技术解决方案设计、验证与优化支持，确保方案的可行性与先进性 2.与客户(包括技术负责人、项目决策者等)进行深入且高效的沟通，准确理解客户业务场景、技术痛点及核心诉求，挖掘客户潜在需求，为客户提供针对性的技术咨询服务，建立并维护良好的客户技术信任关系 3.组织并开展公司AI芯片产品及解决方案的技术宣讲、产品演示、PoC(概念验证)测试等工作，清晰、专业地向客户传递产品技术优势、性能指标及应用价值，助力客户全面了解产品，推动项目进展 4.紧密协同研发、产品、销售等团队，及时反馈客户需求与市场动态，为产品迭代优化、市场策略制定提供有力的技术输入;在项目推进过程中，协调内部资源，解决客户在技术对接、方案落地过程中遇到的问题，保障项目顺利推进 5.负责编写售前技术相关文档，包括技术方案建议书、产品白皮书、技术案例研究、PoC测试报告等，确保文档内容准确、专业、易懂，为客户决策和项目实施提供参考

1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、微电子、人工智能等相关专业。5年以上AI芯片、算力硬件领域工作经验，具备解决方案专家或资深FAE同类岗位经验，有完整的AI解决方案成功落地案例者优先 2.熟悉AI典型场景技术方案，有面向垂直行业客户(如:政府智算中心、运营商、互联网、金融、能源电力等)的行业解决方案开发和商业化落地经验，具备国产AI芯片行业售前或技术支持经验者优先 3.以客户为导向，具备较好的学习能力、适应能力、抗压能力和跨团队协作能力，目标感强、做事认真负责，适应出差。 4.具备优秀的口头与书面沟通表达能力，能够清晰、准确地向不同层次的客户传递复杂的技术信息，善于倾听客户需求，具备较强的逻辑思维与问题分析能力，能够快速抓住客户根本痛点并提供有效解决方案。
