1、专科及以上学历（优秀可放开）； 2、三年以上新能源汽车、4S店、零售、行业销售、大客户销售经验，能够出色达成销售目标； 优秀的商业拓展能力和商务谈判能力； 3、对销售数据敏感，优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑分析能力； 4、认可蔚来乐道汽车的创业公司文化，具备创业公司需要的心理素质； 5、抗压能力强，能够适应在高速发展的环境中开展销售管理工作，达到公司业绩指标要求； 6、良好的自我管理能力及自我学习能力。
