1. 整理公司治理相关操作指引、常见问题清单，协助组织条线内 AI 工具培训，沉淀可复用的公司治理 AI 场景清单； 2. 依据AI转型需求梳理公司主体信息、公司治理制度文件，建立结构化知识库；设计测试问题集，评估 AI 问答的准确性、引用完整性和权限边界； 3. 围绕合同申请、归档、实体台账维护、高管任职及离任等管理场景，设计 AI 辅助工作流和模板，输出skill、测试报告与改进建议； 4. 在信息安全与数据合规要求下，参与法律/治理类 AI 工具的测试，记录功能、准确率、权限控制、日志留痕等维度，形成评测表； 5. 参与法务部知识库搭建与法务工作模版迭代，对法务文件进行分类、标签化与数据结构化处理，梳理公司治理条线AI法务工作、法务数字化工作的需求，为法务部AI转型持续提供一线使用反馈。

1. 知名境内外院校在读，在校成绩优秀；法学、计算机等复合背景优先； 2. 对AI转型拥有极大热情，主动拥抱变化，并且在AI法律科技领域有一定的投入和积累，如熟练使用AI工具、关注AI发展、了解AI在法务场景中的应用，拥有搭建AI智能体和框架经验优先； 3. 法学功底扎实，逻辑清晰，具有较强的法律研究能力；英文读写能力良好； 4. 具有较强的自驱力及沟通协调能力，富有创意，有耐心，敢于挑战自己，乐于成为业务伙伴； 5. 坚持原则、诚信正直，保密意识强，职业意识强；工作细致严谨、敬业负责，认同蔚来真诚、关爱、远见、行动的价值观； 6. 每周至少到岗4个全天以上，可以连续实习4个月以上优先。

加分项： 1. 有法律科技、知识管理、RAG 知识库、低代码/自动化工具、Python 或数据分析经验优先； 2. 有 AI 产品评测、测试用例设计、数据标注或 prompt 工程经验优先； 3. 有上市公司、律所公司治理/资本市场组、董事会办公室实习经验优先； 4. 能制作清晰的培训材料或操作手册优先。
