1.负责蔚来数字座舱车辆控制功能界面设计工作，结合实际用车场景，提出可落地的创造性设计解决思路和方案； 2.熟练运用用户画像、同理心地图，以及用户旅程等方法分析使用场景和用户需求； 3.承接交互设计需求，按时高质量完成设计交付，并进行落地的闭环跟踪，推进方案的实现； 4.能独立从业务需求、用户调研、数据分析、行业趋势等方面主导产品体验整体方案设计； 5.主导业内竞品分析和概念探索，为体验设计提供前瞻性的规划，推动产品的持续创新。

1.2027年6月及以后毕业； 2.设计、心理学、计算机等相关专业； 3.实习时长大于6个月； 4.熟练掌握 Figma、Sketch、Protopie、Principle 等设计软件的使用； 5.熟悉交互设计相关理论，有缜密的逻辑思维能力，善于分析用户和产品； 6.具有跨部门沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较高强度工作压力，有打造精品的强烈责任心； 7.热爱新能源行业，对蔚来产品与理念高度认同；有日常驾驶习惯、具备熟练的英语沟通能力者优先；
