全球社交媒体日常运营支持 1. 日常运营支持：支持海外社媒平台日常运营工作，社交媒体内容排期统筹； 2. 互动机制支持：支持社交媒体账号抽奖以及其他互动机制的执行以及后续开奖等动作；进行官方社交媒体抽奖奖品的分类与管理； 3. 内容策划：根据不同平台的社交媒体属性，策划国内及海外社交媒体日常内容，提升账号活跃度以及粉丝粘性。

全球品牌传播协同 1. 协助蔚来全球品牌管理工作的日常运营：包含会议管理，内容生产辅助，中英文文档翻译协助等。 数据监测与分析 1. 协助团队进行全平台（含海外平台）品牌社交媒体监控，包括国内以及海外的品牌社交媒体账号，整理平台传播数据，更新、优化社媒数据库数据分析； 2. 根据业务需求，使用数据分析优化社交媒体相关的报表，建立以及优化迭代可视化报表/Dashboard； 3. 通过数据分析给到业务反馈，可以给业务提出包括但不限于内容优化，投放优化，数据增长机会等相关的建议。

1、专业要求：传播、公关、数据分析、英语、翻译等专业 学历：本科及以上，大二、大三、研一、研二优先 实习时间：一周4天及以上，6个月以上，可以长期稳定实习者优先 语言：普通话、英语水平需可进行日常工作口语与书写沟通； 需要有基础的中英文案撰写能力 2、熟练使用Excel/PowerPoint办公工具，能使用其进行数据加工。熟练使用数据分析工具者优先 3、有互联网、agency或者品牌社媒运营、或者数据分析实习经验者优先 4、对社交媒体感兴趣，愿意报开放心态去积极参与与思考平台运营的优化迭代 5、有责任感与自驱力，认真严谨的完成跟进的项目
