The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de son service informatique, notre entreprise recrute un(e) technicien(ne) support informatique bilingue. Ce poste s'adresse à un profil rigoureux, doté d'un bon sens du service, capable d'évoluer dans un environnement où l'anglais est utilisé quotidiennement.

Missions principales :

  • Assurer le support technique de premier niveau auprès des collaborateurs (téléphone, mail, prise en main à distance, intervention sur site)
  • Installer, configurer et assurer la maintenance du parc informatique (postes de travail, imprimantes, périphériques)
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes via l'outil de gestion des incidents et rédiger les documentations techniques associées
  • Assurer des échanges réguliers, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, en anglais, avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes

Requirements

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise courante de l'anglais indispensable, à l'oral comme à l'écrit (obligatoire)
  • Formation Bac+2 en informatique
  • Une formation complémentaire ou spécialisation TSSR (Technicien Supérieur Systèmes et Réseaux) est un vrai plus
  • Permis B obligatoire (déplacements à prévoir)
  • Une première expérience professionnelle en support informatique (stage ou alternance inclus) est appréciée
  • Connaissances de base en environnement Windows et suite Office 365
  • Sens du service, rigueur, bon relationnel et capacité d'adaptation
