The posting

Your Mission

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een groot deel van de dagelijkse financiële administratie. Je werkt nauw samen met het Finance-team en onze externe adviseurs en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie klopt, actueel is en goed georganiseerd blijft. Concreet ga je aan de slag met:

  • Bijhouden van de financiële administratie en het grootboek
  • Verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen, declaraties en journaalposten
  • Beheren van debiteuren en crediteuren, inclusief betaalruns en openstaande posten
  • Uitvoeren van bank-, subadministratie- en balansreconciliaties
  • Ondersteunen bij Nederlandse btw-aangiftes, CBS-rapportages en andere periodieke verplichtingen
  • Ondersteunen bij de maandafsluiting en financiële rapportages
  • Signaleren van praktische verbeteringen om onze financiële processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten

Your Profile

We zoeken iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een kloppende administratie, zelfstandig kan werken en oog heeft voor zowel de details als het grotere geheel. Je brengt bij voorkeur het volgende mee:

  • Praktische ervaring met boekhouding, financiële administratie of een vergelijkbare functie
  • Een relevante opleiding op mbo+/hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld in Finance, Bedrijfsadministratie of Accountancy, of vergelijkbare werkervaring
  • Goede kennis van grootboekadministratie, journaalposten, debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie en reconciliaties
  • Ervaring met Nederlandse financiële administratie
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels
  • Een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en zorgvuldige manier van werken
  • Het vertrouwen om zelfstandig je werkzaamheden te plannen, deadlines te bewaken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen

Ervaring met Duitse boekhouding of financiële administratie is mooi meegenomen. Hetzelfde geldt voor ervaring binnen een internationale organisatie of met meerdere entiteiten.
