RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

· Responsible for and assist in drafting and preparation of all drawings for underground infrastructure and tunnelling project for tender projects.

· Liaise closely and support Design Managers and Engineers on tender drawings

· Review tender specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with requirements.

. Coordinate with project and engineering teams to gather necessary information for bid proposals.

. Track tender timelines, deadlines, and follow-ups.

· Assist in tender project documentation and drawing preparation.

. Update and maintain drawing revisions for ongoing and completed projects.

· Other relevant adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications,Experience) :

Please specify：

·Tertiary education in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline related to design

· Type of experience required: 3-5 years experience in drafting civil engineering LTA/MRT project

· Amount of experience: Min 3-5 years civil engineering drafting

· Others: Proficient in MicroStation and Autocad
