O(A) supervisor de unidade é o(a) profissional responsável pela gestão operacional, administrativa e estratégica da academia, visando o crescimento sustentável do negócio, a satisfação dos clientes e a excelência dos serviços oferecidos. Este profissional lidera todas as áreas da academia, desde a equipe de atendimento e professores até a manutenção das instalações, sendo fundamental para o alcance dos objetivos da empresa.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Gestão Operacional:
  • Supervisionar e otimizar o funcionamento de todas as áreas da academia (musculação, recepção, vendas, limpeza, manutenção).
  • Garantir o cumprimento de horários, escalas e procedimentos operacionais.
  • Assegurar a disponibilidade e o bom estado de conservação de equipamentos e materiais.
  • Monitorar e controlar o fluxo de alunos e o agendamento de serviços.
  • Implementar e fiscalizar normas de segurança e higiene.
  • Gestão de Pessoas:
  • Liderar, motivar e desenvolver a equipe de colaboradores, auxiliando inclusive no recrutamento, seleção, treinamento e avaliação de desempenho.
  • Monitorar metas e indicadores de desempenho para as equipes.
  • Promover um ambiente de trabalho positivo e colaborativo.
  • Gerenciar conflitos e garantir a comunicação eficaz entre os membros da equipe.
  • Elaborar escalas de trabalho e gerenciar férias e folgas.
  • Gerenciar folha de pagamento.
  • Gestão Financeira e Administrativa:
  • Gerenciar contratos com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.
  • Emitir relatórios financeiros e gerenciais da unidade.
  • Garantir o cumprimento de obrigações fiscais e legais.
  • Realizar o controle de estoque de produtos (suplementos, escritorio, limpeza, manutenção etc.).
  • Gestão Comercial e de Marketing:
  • Acompanhar e analisar o desempenho das vendas e propor ações para aumentar a captação e a fidelização de alunos.
  • Executar e monitorar campanhas promocionais e eventos.
  • Atender e solucionar demandas de clientes, buscando a sua satisfação.
  • Gestão da Qualidade e Satisfação do Cliente:
  • Garantir a excelência dos serviços prestados e a qualidade do atendimento.
  • Coletar e analisar o feedback dos clientes para identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Implementar ações para aumentar a satisfação e a fidelização dos alunos.
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e apresentação da academia.
  • Planejamento Estratégico:
  • Participar da definição dos objetivos e metas da academia.
  • Desenvolver e implementar planos de ação para alcançar os objetivos estratégicos.

Qualificações e Requisitos:

  • Formação:
  • Graduação completa em Administração, Educação Física, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas correlatas.
  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Academias, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas afins (desejável).
  • Conhecimentos Específicos:
  • Sólido conhecimento em gestão de negócios, rh, finanças, atendimento ao cliente e vendas.
  • Conhecimento do mercado fitness e suas tendências.
  • Noções de legislação trabalhista e tributária.
  • Domínio de informática (pacote Office, softwares de gestão de academias, etc.).
  • Habilidades e Competências
  • Visão sistêmica e estratégica do negócio.
  • Habilidade de trabalhar sob pressão.
  • Experiência: Experiência comprovada em gestão de academias ou em cargos de liderança em áreas relacionadas (mínimo 2 anos).

Diferenciais:

  • Certificações em gestão de academias ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com a implementação de novas tecnologias e sistemas de gestão.
  • Networking no setor fitness.
