About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Web Developer to own the development and ongoing optimization of our marketing website. This role sits within Marketing and works independently to build high-quality web pages and digital experiences that support our brand, campaigns, and growth.

You’ll turn creative concepts and design files into polished, responsive web experiences—from landing pages and product pages to campaign microsites and ongoing website improvements. You should be comfortable working across visual design implementation, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and our content management system (CMS), which is PayLoad, with an eye for both aesthetics and performance.

This is not a traditional software engineering role. You’ll own the day-to-day development of our marketing website, working directly with Marketing on priorities, design, and execution. When CMS limitations, integrations, or deeper technical issues arise, you’ll collaborate with Engineering to resolve them. For the most part, however, you’ll operate independently, moving quickly from concept to launch.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain web pages: Develop landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and other website experiences from design concepts through launch.

- Own front-end implementation: Translate Figma designs, HTML files, and creative direction into responsive, pixel-accurate web experiences that look and perform well across devices.

- Manage the CMS/PayLoad: Independently create, edit, and publish pages; manage reusable components and templates; and troubleshoot routine CMS issues.

- Maintain forms, tracking, and integrations: Ensure website forms sync correctly with connected marketing and CRM systems, pages and conversion events are tagged properly, and tracking tools are configured to support accurate attribution, analytics, and lead capture.

- Marketing team: Work directly with your peers in Marketing on website priorities, campaign launches, messaging updates, conversion-focused experiences, and ongoing site improvements.

- Optimize the website experience: Improve page speed, responsiveness, accessibility, usability, and overall site performance.

- Support growth initiatives: Build and iterate on landing pages, forms, and conversion paths to support demand generation, paid media, SEO, and other marketing programs.

- Maintain design consistency: Ensure pages align with brand guidelines, design systems, typography, spacing, and visual standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Diagnose front-end and CMS problems independently, escalating to Engineering when issues require deeper technical expertise, platform changes, or support with integrations.

- Support marketing technology: Collaborate on website analytics, tracking pixels, tag management, forms, and third-party integrations as needed.

- Continuously improve: Identify opportunities to improve the website structure, page-building workflow, reusable components, and overall efficiency of web production.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in web development, website production, or a similar role supporting marketing or growth teams.

- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, with working knowledge of JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites through a CMS or visual website development platform.

- Ability to translate Figma designs and HTML files into polished, responsive web pages with a strong eye for visual detail.

- Experience working independently to build, launch, and maintain marketing websites without requiring Engineering involvement for routine tasks.

- Understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, website performance, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals.

- Familiarity with website analytics, conversion tracking, forms, and marketing integrations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot common website and CMS issues.

- Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet launch deadlines.

- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical teams.

Bonus Points

- Experience with PayLoad, or similar CMS and visual development platforms.

- Experience working with modern front-end frameworks or component-based website architectures.

- Familiarity with Git, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing attribution tools.

- Knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, and website performance optimization.

- Experience supporting a B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, or AI company.

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate website production and troubleshooting.

How We’ll Measure Success

- Marketing can launch new pages and campaigns quickly without depending on Engineering for routine development.

- Website pages consistently meet our standards for design quality, responsiveness, and performance.

- The website evolves alongside our brand, product, and go-to-market strategy.

- Common CMS and front-end issues are resolved independently, with Engineering engaged when necessary.

- Website improvements contribute to stronger user experiences, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary package designed to reward your expertise and contributions.

- Access to continuous learning and career advancement programs.

- Opportunities for mentorship and coaching to help you grow in your career.

- Supportive and collaborative work environment where ideas are valued and teamwork is encouraged.

- Complimentary snacks and lunch provided to keep you energized throughout the shift.

- Latest MacBook Pro and a high-performance monitor will be provided to boost your productivity.

- We’ve partnered with select universities in the US to provide “fast track” admissions to star performers who may want to pursue their Masters in CS in the US.

- High performers will be sponsored for L1 visas as well as immigrant visas (Green Card) to the US.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
