Why Niural?

At Niural, our Product & Engineering organization moves fast, shipping across multiple product lines with distributed teams in the US and Nepal. As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps sprints, releases, and cross-functional initiatives on track, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as we scale.

You'll work at the center of how work gets planned, tracked, and communicated, giving you visibility into every product area while building a strong foundation in project and program management within a high-growth fintech environment.

About the Job

We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support delivery across Niural's Product & Engineering organization. You'll work closely with the Engineering team to keep sprints, releases, and cross-functional initiatives on track, owning the operational rhythm of how work is planned, tracked, and communicated across a distributed team. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on structure and is comfortable juggling multiple product areas at once.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update project trackers, sprint boards, and task hierarchies in ClickUp across multiple product lines.

- Support sprint planning by translating PRDs, Figma links, and Slack discussions into structured tasks and subtasks.

- Track release timelines against estimated vs. actual dates, flag delays, and help document root causes.

- Coordinate daily/weekly status updates across engineering teams in the US and Nepal, accounting for timezone overlap.

- Prepare status reports, milestone summaries, and release notes for stakeholders.

- Schedule and help run standups, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team syncs, including calendar management, agenda prep, and notes.

- Monitor task hygiene dependencies, blockers, overdue items, missing owners and proactively flag risks to the PM.

- Assist with maintaining documentation (release notes, delay logs, org/process docs) in ClickUp and Google Drive.

- Support ad hoc reporting and data pulls for retrospectives.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in a project coordination, project management, or similar operational support role.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across distributed, cross-timezone teams.

- Comfortable working with tools like ClickUp (or equivalent PM tools), Figma, Slack, and Google Drive.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and task hygiene.

- Ability to manage multiple product areas and priorities simultaneously.

- Proactive mindset able to identify risks and blockers before they escalate.

What we offer

- Competitive salary package designed to reward your expertise and contributions.

- Access to continuous learning and career advancement programs.

- Opportunities for mentorship and coaching to help you grow in your career.

- Supportive and collaborative work environment where ideas are valued and teamwork is encouraged.

- Complimentary snacks and lunch provided to keep you energized throughout the shift.

- Latest MacBook Pro and a high-performance monitor will be provided to boost your productivity.

- We’ve partnered with select universities in the US to provide “fast track” admissions to star performers who may want to pursue their Masters in CS in the US.

- High performers will be sponsored for L1 visas as well as immigrant visas (Green Card) to the US.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
