The posting

NK Care søger en fagligt stærk og omsorgsfuld pædagog til et tidsbegrænset 2:1-projekt omkring en ung kvinde med betydelig og varigt nedsat funktionsevne (udviklingshæmning).

Stillingen har opstart den 1. november, og du vil blive en del af et fast og dedikeret team, der skal sikre kvinden en tryg og forudsigelig hverdag i en vigtig overgangsfase.

Om opgaven og rammerne

Borgeren er en ung kvinde, som har brug for hjælp, guidning og fuld støtte til alle hverdagens gøremål, herunder personlig pleje og omsorg.

  • Kvinden bor midlertidigt i en lejlighed på en p.t. tom afdeling på et lokalt ældrecenter.

Arbejdstid og vagter

Stillingen indebærer 12-timers vagter, og der er bemanding på opgaven hele døgnet, alle ugens dage. Vagterne er fordelt på:

  • Dag-/aftenvagter: Kl. 07.00 – 19.00
  • Nattevagter: Kl. 19.00 – 07.00

  • Er uddannet pædagog og helst har erfaring med enkeltmandsprojekter eller borgere med lignende støttebehov.
  • Er fysisk og psykisk robust, og formår at skabe rammer præget af tryghed, struktur og lavaffektiv pædagogik.
  • Er mødestabil og trives med at arbejde i lange, sammenhængende vagter.
