Vi har travlt med produktion af kabler på vores fabrik i Asnæs, og har brug for flere engagerede og dygtige operatører for at kunne følge med den store efterspørgsel. Produktion af kabler foregår 24/7, så vi arbejder i skiftehold.

**Dit kommende arbejdsområde

**Du bliver en del et team af dygtige operatører, med hvert deres ansvarsområde. Du bliver lært op, og får også eget ansvarsområde. Senere vil være mulighed for at lære flere maskiner, så du fleksibelt kan bidrage på tværs af produktionen.

**Dine Daglige Opgaver Vil Primært Bestå Af At

**

  • Overvåge maskiner i drift
  • Udføre omstillinger på maskinen, når der skiftes til andet produkt
  • Udføre kontrolmålinger på kablerne
  • Hjælpe kolleger på andre maskiner ved omstillinger

**Mødestabil kollega

**I vores produktion er det vigtigt at alle samarbejder og hjælper hinanden, så produktionen ikke stopper og vi leverer produkter af høj kvalitet. Vi har derfor brug for mødestabile kolleger, som bidrager med team orienteret adfærd, høj sans for kvalitet, sund fornuft og fleksibilitet i forhold til opgaverne. Du skal være parat til at give en hjælpende hånd i andre områder, når behovet opstår.
