Deine Aufgaben

  • Du empfängst unsere Besucher:innen freundlich und professionell
  • Du nimmst eingehende Telefongespräche entgegen und leitest diese an die richtigen Ansprechpartner:innen weiter
  • Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen bearbeitest Du deren Anliegen serviceorientiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Bewirtung von Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen
  • Du bearbeitest E-Mail-Funktionspostfächer und erfasst eingehende Rechnungen
  • Du übernimmst klassische Teamassistenzaufgaben wie die Bestellung von Büromaterial, die Anforderung und Dokumentation von Bescheinigungen, die Einrichtung von Geschäftspartnern sowie die Pflege von Stammdaten in unserem ERP-System
  • Du unterstützt bei einfachen Tätigkeiten im Bereich Buchhaltung und Controlling

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Du verfügst über Organisationsgeschick und bist serviceorientiert
  • Du hast ein gutes Sprachgefühl sowie sichere Rechtschreibkenntnisse
  • Der Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen inkl. der Microsoft Office-Anwendungen ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, zeichnest Dich aber auch durch eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du bringst solide Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Buchhaltung und Controlling mit
