Want to grow a company, not just work at one?

Cashew is Singapore's fastest-growing mortgage platforms, and we're hiring a Founder's Associate to drive growth alongside our founder.

You'll test new lead channels, launch new verticals, run partnerships and content experiments, and build the tools and automations that let a small team outperform. You'll own real numbers and help decide what we try next.

You'll also advise clients yourself, because the best growth ideas come from customers. Talking to homeowners and buyers every day shows you what makes people act, which messages land and where the funnel leaks.

You'll use AI and new tools more than almost anyone in this industry, and we'll expect you to find the next ones.

What you'll do

  • Run lead generation experiments across new channels, partnerships and content, and report on what worked and what didn't
  • Spot and test new growth verticals, from adjacent products to new client segments and referral partners
  • Find, set up and roll out new tools (AI, automation, CRM, outreach), then make sure the team actually uses them
  • Stress-test and improve our AI tools and internal systems
  • Work directly with the founder on projects that don't fit neatly into anyone's job yet
  • Work with senior advisors on live cases and find gaps in the workflow
  • Keep clean, accurate records and hit agreed activity and conversion targets

Who we're looking for

  • A undergraduate degree (technical background preferred). Fresh graduates welcome.
  • A builder's mindset: you'd rather try something this week than debate it for a month
  • Comfortable with technology. You pick up new tools fast, and ideally you've built, automated or hacked something together before.
  • Curious about AI and happy to experiment with it daily
  • Strong spoken and written English. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Eager to learn, with the discipline to keep going once the novelty wears off
  • Excited by startup life: ambiguity, speed, ownership and doing whatever the week needs
  • Coachable, organised and honest. We help people with the biggest financial commitment most of them will ever make.
  • Able to work on-site at our Singapore office
