Responsibilities Production & Execution
Keep up with the production line to meet operational targets Complete finishing tasks accurately and in a timely manner Perform general labour duties related to mat production
Safety & Worksite Maintenance
Work with the supervisor to maintain an orderly and safe worksite Follow all company safety policies and procedures Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas
Equipment Operation
Operate power tools and production equipment safely and efficiently Support basic equipment upkeep and report issues as required
Experience
Previous physical labour experience required Lumber or manufacturing industry experience is considered an asset Experience operating power tools and equipment preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and schedule
Other Skills and Abilities
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety High attention to detail and quality of work Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors Basic understanding of conflict resolution and employee relations practices is considered an asset
Licence / Certification / Education
Grade 12 education preferred
