Ons Contact Center is namelijk op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die zich graag wil ontwikkelen in de Nederlandse wereld van Payroll en HR. Ervaring en kennis is niet nodig, wel een gezonde dosis enthousiasme en inzet. In dit Traineeship bieden we je alle opleidingen en tools om je te ontwikkelen tot een echte HR & Payroll Hero. Voor deze functie ga je werken bij Nmbrs Payroll in Amsterdam. Je werkt nauw samen met je directe collega’s op deze locatie en bent tegelijkertijd onderdeel van de bredere Nmbrs-organisatie.

Jouw rol

  • Meer leren over het Nederlandse salarissysteem en toegang krijgen tot gecertificeerde opleidingen op het gebied van salarisadministratie;
  • De vragen van Nederlandse klanten behandelen over onze Payroll & HR software;
  • De beste oplossingen vinden voor klanten door gebruik te maken van onze kennisbank, eigen onderzoek te doen en advies in te winnen bij onze eigen experts;
  • Intern verbinden met verschillende teams om de klant zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn;
  • Onze klanten in staat stellen zelf oplossingen te vinden door onze kennisbank en in-app ondersteuning te verbeteren;
  • Werken met Zendesk, Slack, WalkMe en Jira.

Jouw profiel

  • Nederlands is je moedertaal en je spreekt vloeiend Engels;
  • Ervaring in klantcontact is een plus;
  • Je hebt HBO werk en denkniveau of je hebt vergelijkbare praktijkervaring;
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in een carrière in Nederlandse Payroll & HR;
  • Je bent empathisch, geduldig en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
