Lagerekspeditionsmedarbejder (Warehouse Administration)

Vi søger en struktureret og ansvarsbevidst medarbejder til lagerekspedition og administration af forsendelser.

Du bliver en del af vores daglige drift og får ansvar for administrative og koordinerende opgaver i forbindelse med vareforsendelser og leverancer.

Arbejdsopgaver:

  • Udarbejdelse og håndtering af forsendelses- og transportdokumenter.
  • Booking og registrering af forsendelser.
  • Koordinering af leverancer med transportører og kunder.
  • Opfølgning på forsendelser og leveringstider.
  • Registrering og opdatering af oplysninger i virksomhedens systemer.
  • Øvrige administrative opgaver i forbindelse med lagerekspedition.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Du arbejder struktureret og har sans for detaljer.
  • Du har gode administrative og organisatoriske evner.
  • Du kan arbejde selvstændigt og samarbejde med andre.
  • Du har grundlæggende IT-kendskab.
  • Erfaring med lageradministration, transport eller logistik er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Warehouse Administration Employee

We are looking for a structured and responsible employee to join our team and assist with warehouse administration and shipment coordination.

You will be responsible for administrative and coordinating tasks related to shipments, deliveries, and daily warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and handling shipping and transport documents.
  • Booking and registering shipments.
  • Coordinating deliveries with transport companies and customers.
  • Following up on shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Registering and updating information in company systems.
  • Performing other administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience in warehouse administration, transportation, or logistics is an advantage but not required.
