Job Description

Jobs at this level are responsible for :

• Preparation all Offshore estimation for various Proposals within Contracts & Proposals Department • Prepare & finalize Technical & Commercial inputs in consultation with Estimation Manager / Estimation Director Based on strategy meeting decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to understand of project scope, specifications and execution requirements • Develop Offshore construction cost estimates, including commercial and technical inputs, clarifications and qualifications • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and construction teams to collect and validate data for manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontracting inputs • Provide input to project scheduling and resource planning • Attend clarification meetings with clients to address technical and commercial issues • Maintain updated knowledge of benchmarks, cost norms, productivity standards and market trends • Ensure execution of estimation strategies, adherence to dept objectives and compliance with company HSE and quality standards • Support the enhancement of estimation tools, norms, and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent). • Min. 08 years' experience in Offshore Construction Estimation in Oil & Gas Industry
