On cherche la perle rare qui peut autant rédiger un article de blogue sur les dernières tendances en alimentation qu'un site Web de 100 pages sur les appareils de levage. Tu dois t'assurer que le résultat est clair, concis, pertinent, intéressant et optimisé pour le Web. Ici, chaque jour est différent : tu écris, révises et parfois même traduis plusieurs types de contenus sur différents sujets pour de nombreux clients. On touche vraiment à tous les domaines et chacun te plonge chaque fois dans un nouvel univers. Pour t'aider, tu es entouré·e d'autres rédacteurs, de stratèges marketing, de designers graphiques et de stratèges en expérience utilisateur avec qui tu discutes stratégies, idées et opportunités. Si tu adores apprendre, que tu te poses toujours 1000 questions, que tu veux toujours tout améliorer et que tu aimes proposer des idées (et même les bousculer), on te veut dans notre équipe! Ce que tu fais Rédiger du contenu technique, publicitaire ou créatif selon les objectifs d'affaires et la stratégie élaborés : sites Web complets, publicités, microsites, publications pour les médias sociaux, infographies, annonces, articles de blogue B2B et B2C, etc. Passer des clients de tous les domaines en entrevue, les rencontrer à l'occasion et faire le suivi des contenus produits avec eux Corriger les contenus rédigés par les clients et tes collègues Proposer des améliorations éditoriales et stratégiques Optimiser (SEO) des contenus rédigés par les clients et tes collègues Travailler en collaboration avec tes collègues au quotidien (recherche de concepts publicitaires, partage de tes connaissances, amélioration de processus, brainstorm, etc.) Requirements Profil Tes compétences Avoir au moins 1 an d'expérience en rédaction Web Maîtriser parfaitement le français écrit et oral Bien maîtriser l'anglais écrit et oral (bilinguisme parfait, un atout) Posséder d'excellentes habiletés rédactionnelles adaptables dans plusieurs styles et types de contenus Connaître les bonnes pratiques de la rédaction sur le Web et les bases du SEO Avoir la capacité de respecter les délais et temps alloués aux mandats Avoir de l'expérience dans le domaine financier ou des assurances, un atout Tes qualités Empathique et habile pour comprendre la réalité des autres Curieux·se de nature Aime à la fois le travail d'équipe et le travail seul·e Autant créatif·ive que logique et stratégique Habile pour travailler sur plusieurs projets en même temps Gère bien ses priorités Supporte bien le travail sous pression Doué·e pour vulgariser des concepts complexes Minutieux·se Arrive à développer ses idées, à les étoffer et à les défendre
