The posting

Bluebird Media recently became NoA Connect. We do performance marketing and media: search, paid social, SEO and analytics, plus media planning and buying across all channels. We are one of the leading agencies in Finland at what we do.

Now we are making the new name known. We are looking for a Head of Sales to drive that work in the market and bring in our next big clients.

This role is for someone who knows what they are doing. Here, selling and consulting go together: you understand a client's advertising from the first meeting and can tell them what you would do differently.

After the name change, NoA Connect's story in Finland is being written now, and you get to shape it. Our Helsinki office is a great place to meet prospects and clients and to host our own events and webinars.

The whole NoA family behind you

In Finland, NoA also includes Bob the Robot (brand and creative) and NoA Ignite (websites, e-commerce and technology). When a client needs more than performance marketing and media, you can offer that too.

Pay that follows results

A base salary plus a bonus tied to new sales. On top of that: six weeks of holiday, four paid hours of exercise a week during working time, and flexible days.

What you'll do

  1. Win new clients. This is most of the job. You build and run the pipeline we will grow with next year, and you consult prospects already in the sales stage: what works in their performance marketing and media, what doesn't, and what we would do differently. You steer and develop our AI sales agent and keep Salesforce up to date.
  2. Grow current clients together with our client leads, bringing them our new services.
  3. Make NoA Connect known at industry events, at our own events and in webinars.
  4. Sell the whole NoA family: spot when a client needs brand work or a new e-commerce site, and bring in Bob the Robot or NoA Ignite.

Your first year is all sales. Later, as we win bigger and more complex clients, you can also lead some of them.

Success means new business: a growing pipeline, quality meetings, new clients and their yearly value, more sales to current clients, and leads passed on to the rest of the NoA family. We set ambitious targets together.

Who we're looking for

  • You have won clients yourself, from first contact to signed contract.
  • You know advertising, especially digital advertising and media: search, paid social, media buying and measuring results. You can tell a client something new in the first meeting.
  • You talk to marketing directors and CFOs about growth and profitability.
  • A network among marketing and business decision-makers in Finland is a strong plus.
  • You build pipeline with purpose, and CRM and forecasting are a natural part of your work.
  • You are curious about AI in practice: you want to steer an agent that does the routine work for you, and make it better.
  • You speak and write fluent Finnish and English. Finnish is a must, and Swedish is a plus.

You don't need to know everything yet. You'll learn from our team, and we'll learn from you.
