The posting

NoA Ignite is a proud part of The North Alliance (NoA) — the Nordic region’s leading network of specialist agencies within design, technology, and communication.

At NoA Ignite, we help ambitious brands accelerate digital transformation through modern platforms, customer-centric solutions, and scalable technology. A big part of that journey is built on one of the world’s most powerful CRM ecosystems: Salesforce.

We are now looking for a Backend Developer with a strong interest in Salesforce development to join our growing team.

What you’ll do at NoA Ignite

As a Backend Developer, you will work hands-on with the Salesforce platform, building and extending business-critical solutions for some of the Nordic region’s most exciting companies.

You will take an active role in developing scalable and secure backend functionality within Salesforce, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Your work will include:

  • Developing backend functionality using Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce best practices
  • Building custom logic, integrations, and automation using:
  • Triggers
  • Flows
  • Lightning Components (LWC)
  • Designing and implementing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external services
  • Supporting system architecture, optimization, and governance of Salesforce implementations
  • Collaborating closely with business consultants, solution architects, and developers in agile delivery teams
  • Contributing to long-term platform development, maintainability, and performance
  • The role also includes owning client dialogues and proactively driving clients forward by identifying needs, proposing solutions, and creating clear value.

Your focus will be on new development and innovation, rather than pure maintenance.

Learning, Growth & Salesforce Certification

At NoA Ignite, development is not just what we build — it’s also how we grow.

We actively support your progression within the Salesforce ecosystem through:

  • Structured onboarding into Salesforce development
  • Ongoing mentorship from experienced Salesforce professionals
  • Free Salesforce certifications tailored to your role and growth path
  • Continuous training in platform architecture, integration patterns, and best practices

Whether you aim to become a senior developer, architect, or technical lead — we help you get there.

Who you are As a person, you are structured, curious, and motivated by solving complex problems. You enjoy working in teams, sharing knowledge, and building solutions that create real business value.

We believe you have:

  • A post-secondary degree in software engineering, programming, or IT or at least one year of relevant development experience
  • Experience in object-oriented programming such as: Java, C#, Python, PHP

It’s a strong advantage if you also have:

  • Exposure to Salesforce development tools or concepts
  • Knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, or Lightning Web Components
  • Experience working with:
  • APIs and integrations
  • SQL or relational data modeling
  • Git and modern development workflows
  • Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Our Culture

NoA Ignite is a team of diverse specialists who believe in collaboration, continuous learning, and building meaningful digital products.

We combine deep technical expertise with creativity and business understanding — and we genuinely enjoy working together.

Here, you’ll find:

  • High ambition and strong team spirit
  • Modern projects with real impact
  • A workplace where development and innovation go hand in hand
  • Plenty of coffee, laughter, and shared wins

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
