På HTH Kök Odenplan hjälper vi våra kunder att förverkliga sina drömkök – från den första idéen till ett färdigt resultat. Nu söker vi en engagerad och framåtdrivande köksäljare som vill vara med och skapa fantastiska kundupplevelser och samtidigt ha stor möjlighet att påverka sin egen lön.

Om rollen Som köksäljare hos oss arbetar du med privatkunder genom hela köpprocessen. Du blir kundens rådgivare och hjälper till att förvandla idéer och behov till en genomtänkt kökslösning.

Dina arbetsuppgifter innebär bland annat att:

  • Möta och bygga relationer med kunder i butik och genom bokade kundmöten
  • Kartlägga kundens behov, önskemål och förutsättningar
  • Ta fram smarta och funktionella planlösningar
  • Hjälpa kunden med design, material, färger och detaljer
  • Presentera och sälja kompletta kökslösningar
  • Driva affären från första mötet till avslut

Vi tror att du är en person som gillar att göra affärer och samtidigt skapa riktigt nöjda kunder. Du är framåt, social och trygg i mötet med människor.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du:

  • Brinner för försäljning och motiveras av att nå och överträffa mål
  • Är duktig på behovsanalys och att förstå vad kunden faktiskt behöver
  • Trivs med kundmöten och är bra på att skapa förtroende
  • Har ett öga för design, färg, form och detaljer
  • Är lösningsorienterad och gillar att hitta rätt lösning för varje kund
  • Är självgående, driven och tar ansvar för dina affärer
  • Har en stark känsla för service och alltid strävar efter nöjda kunder

Erfarenhet av köksförsäljning eller liknande är meriterande, men det viktigaste för oss är din inställning, ditt driv och din vilja att utvecklas som säljare.
