Om stillingen: Som trainee hos HTH vil du få en unik mulighed for at udvikle dine evner inden for salg og design af køkkener og interiørløsninger. Du vil blive en del af vores dedikerede team af køkkeneksperter, der brænder for at skabe smukke og funktionelle rum.

Dit hovedansvar vil omfatte:

  • Rådgivning og salg af HTH's produkter og løsninger
  • Indretning og design af køkkener, bad og garderober
  • Kundeservice og -rådgivning
  • Opbygning af kundeportefølje og salgsnetværk

Om uddannelsen HTHs traineeuddannelsen tager 2 år og du vil i din uddannelse skulle gennemgå:

  • BOOT camp (en fælles rystesammentur, hvor du lærer dig selv og dine med-trainees godt at kende – vi tør godt love at det bliver 24 timer, med sjov og spas)
  • 4x2 ugers skoleophold på handelsfagskolen i Odder, hvor HTH, som det eneste køkkenbrand i Danmark, har deres helt egen unikke køkkenlinje, skræddersyet til dig og din læring hos HTH.
  • 3 dages studietur
  • 2 valgfag i salgspsykologi og forhandlingsteknik
