(Senior) Brand Manager (w/m/d)

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du definierst Markenstrategien für die DACH-Region und setzt diese in enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketingteam um.
  • Du erstellst den Marketingplan, inklusive Abstimmung, Präsentation und Umsetzung aller lokalen Marketingaktivitäten.
  • Du führst regelmäßige Analysen zum Markt, zur Markenperformance sowie zum ROI der Marketingaktivitäten durch.
  • Du bist für das Markenbudget verantwortlich, inklusive Planung, Soll-Ist-Abgleich und Empfehlung notwendiger Anpassungen zur Generierung von Zusatz-Umsatz bzw. -Profit.
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit allen relevanten, internen Schnittstellen ab (insbesondere Sales, Customer Marketing, Controlling, PR/Social Media und Demand Planning) und pflegst ein erfolgreiches Beziehungsmanagement mit den nationalen und internationalen Markeninhabern.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Marketing und verfügst über mind. 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Kosmetikbranche, idealerweise im Bereich Duft oder Skincare.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, priorisierst anstehende Aufgaben sinnvoll und behältst so stets den Überblick.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Proaktivität und Teamorientierung.
  • Du verfügst über fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (insbesondere PowerPoint & Excel).
