På Nobinakoncernen arbetar 15 000 medarbetare i fyra länder. Varje dag jobbar vi för att hitta hållbara, trygga lösningar på våra resenärers vardagspussel och på samhällets stora utmaningar.

Om oss

Här i Umeå arbetar 8 medarbetare hela trafikdygnet med att trafikleda verksamheten i Umeå stadstrafik och Norrbottens olika avtal. Tillsammans ansvarar vi för omkring 140 tursatta bussar och arbetar varje dag för att ge våra förare de bästa förutsättningarna att leverera en trygg och pålitlig resa för våra resenärer.

Om rollen

Vi fortsätter att stärka vårt team och söker nu timanställda trafikledare som vill arbeta i en operativ och händelserik miljö där ingen dag är den andra lik.

Som trafikledare har du en central roll i den dagliga driften. Du stöttar våra förare, leder och fördelar resurser samt arbetar aktivt för att minimera störningar och säkerställa att trafiken fungerar så smidigt som möjligt. Du ansvarar även för att kommunicera relevant trafikinformation till förare, resenärer (via trafikhuvudman) och andra intressenter via våra system och informationskanaler.

Rollen passar dig som trivs med att fatta beslut i ett högt tempo och som kan behålla lugnet även när förutsättningarna snabbt förändras. Du har ett strukturerat arbetssätt och är skicklig på att analysera, prioritera och omsätta information till konkreta åtgärder. Samtidigt är du serviceinriktad och har en god förmåga att samarbeta och skapa förtroendefulla relationer med både kollegor och förare.

Vi söker dig som har

  • B-körkort
  • God förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift
  • God datorvana och förmåga att arbeta i flera system samtidigt

Meriterande

  • D-körkort
  • Erfarenhet av trafikledning, transportledning eller annan operativ ledningsfunktion
  • Erfarenhet från kollektivtrafik- eller transportbranschen
  • God lokalkännedom inom något av våra trafikområden
  • Erfarenhet av system såsom OMS, Hastus eller annat planeringssystem.

Arbete på obekväma arbetstider förekommer eftersom verksamheten bedrivs närmare dygnet runt. Vårt kontor ligger på Västerslätt i Umeå. Vi erbjuder Timanställning med individuell lönesättning.
