Vill du leda teamen som ser till att Skåne rullar varje dag? Nu söker vi två Underhållsledare. Den ena tjänsten ansvarar för Södra Skåne med placering i Malmö, medan den andra ansvarar för Norra Skåne med verksamhet i Helsingborg, Eslöv och Kristianstad.

Som underhållsledare har du en nyckelroll i att säkerställa att våra bussar är redo för trafik, dygnet runt. Du ansvarar för den dagliga driften i verkstaden och leder arbetet med fokus på kvalitet, tillgänglighet, säkerhet och kostnadseffektivitet.

Om rollen

Du leder, planerar och följer upp det dagliga underhållsarbetet samt har personalansvar för verkstadsteamet. Tillsammans säkerställer ni en stabil leverans av fordon till trafiken och driver verksamheten framåt genom ständiga förbättringar.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda, coacha och utveckla verkstadens medarbetare
  • Planera och följa upp det dagliga underhållsarbetet
  • Säkerställa hög tillgänglighet på fordonsflottan
  • Följa upp kvalitet, produktivitet och kostnader
  • Driva förbättrings- och utvecklingsarbete
  • Samverka med interna och externa kontaktytor

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är en trygg, engagerad och lösningsorienterad ledare. Du har ett genuint intresse för teknik och människor och trivs i en roll där struktur, planering och samarbete är avgörande för att lyckas.

Du har genomgått en ledarskapsutbildning eller har motsvarande erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla medarbetare. Du är van att skapa engagemang, hantera förändringar och bygga goda relationer. Dessutom arbetar du metodiskt, har ett öga för detaljer och drivs av att utveckla både verksamhet och medarbetare.

Vi söker dig som har

  • Ledarskapsutbildning eller dokumenterad erfarenhet av personalledning och teamutveckling
  • God teknisk kompetens och förståelse för underhålls- och driftfrågor
  • Goda datorkunskaper
  • Affärsmässigt och ekonomiskt tänk
  • B-körkort
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Teknisk bakgrund inom buss- eller fordonsbranschen
  • Erfarenhet av verkstads- eller underhållsverksamhet
  • Erfarenhet av förbättringsarbete och processeffektivisering

Om tjänsten Tjänsterna är på heltid med placering i Malmö och Helsingborg. Vi tillämpar provanställning och individuell lönesättning.
