Nobina Care söker nu en Projektledare som vill ta en nyckelroll i utvecklingen av vår verksamhet. Rollen kombinerar projektledning, förändringsledning och verksamhetsutveckling med ansvar för att säkerställa framgångsrika uppstarter av nya avtal och utvecklingsinitiativ.

Om rollen

Som Projektledare ansvarar du för att planera, leda och samordna uppstarter av nya kontrakt inom serviceresor. Du säkerställer att verksamheten är redo vid trafikstart genom att koordinera aktiviteter mellan flera olika funktioner och säkerställa att avtal, processer, system och arbetssätt implementeras enligt plan.

Utöver uppstartsprojekt driver du verksamhetsutvecklingsinitiativ som stärker kvalitet, effektivitet och kundnytta i våra befintliga verksamheter.

Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med verksamhet, trafikledning, kvalitet, HR, IT, ekonomi samt kund- och avtalsansvariga funktioner.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda uppstarter av nya kontrakt från tilldelning till trafikstart
  • Planera, koordinera och följa upp projektaktiviteter, tidplaner och leveranser
  • Säkerställa att avtalskrav omsätts till fungerande verksamhet och processer
  • Driva förbättrings- och utvecklingsprojekt inom organisationen
  • Identifiera utvecklingsmöjligheter och föreslå lösningar som stärker verksamheten
  • Följa upp nyckeltal och använda data som underlag för förbättringsarbete
  • Stötta verksamheten vid förändringar, implementeringar och införande av nya arbetssätt
  • Samverka med både interna och externa intressenter för att säkerställa framgångsrika leveranser

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att driva projekt och förbättringsarbete i en komplex organisation. Du trivs med att samordna många olika intressenter och har förmågan att kombinera ett strategiskt perspektiv med ett praktiskt genomförande.

Vi ser gärna att du har

  • Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet
  • Flera års erfarenhet av projektledning, verksamhetsutveckling eller förändringsledning
  • Erfarenhet från kontraktsdriven verksamhet
  • God förmåga att arbeta datadrivet och följa upp resultat
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från offentlig upphandling
  • Erfarenhet från transport-, mobilitets- eller servicebranschen
  • Erfarenhet från omsorgs- eller samhällsserviceverksamhet
