Haemme Nobina Oulun Ruskon varikolle tuotantovastaavaa päivittäisen työnjohdon tehtäviin vakituiseen työsuhteeseen linja-autoliikenteen pariin.

Toimit keskeisessä roolissa yhteistyössä kuljettajien, ryhmäpäälliköidemme ja muun työnjohdon kanssa päivittäisen liikenteen sujuvuuden takaamiseksi sekä OSL:n matkustajille tarjottavan varman ja laadukkaan palvelun ylläpitämiseksi.

Ruskon varikolta tuotamme suurimman osan Oulun seudun joukkoliikenteestä, mukaan lukien kriittisimmät runkolinjat, joilla kulkee jopa 85 % OSL:n matkustajista. On kunniatehtävämme varmistaa kaikille Oulun ja lähikuntien joukkoliikenteen käyttäjille laadukas, varma ja turvallinen matkustuskokemus.

Tehtävässä olet mukana muun muassa päivittäisessä ajojärjestelyssä ja ryhmäpäälliköiden tukemisessa erilaisissa työnjohdollisissa asioissa. Työskentely tapahtuu pääasiassa arkipäivisin, mutta tuemme liikenteen toimintaa viikon jokaisena päivänä. Tehtävän kokonaisvaltainen hallinta edellyttää myös ilta- ja viikonloppuvuorojen erityispiirteiden tuntemista.

Tehtäviisi kuuluvat

  • päivittäinen ajojärjestely
  • liikenteen sujuvuuden ja tehokkuuden varmistaminen
  • linja-autonkuljettajiemme tukeminen ja neuvominen yhdessä ryhmäpäälliköiden kanssa
  • varikon toimintojen sujuvuuden kokonaisvaltainen valvonta ja varmistaminen, kuten pihatoiminnot, latausten varmistaminen sekä autojen siivouksen laadunvarmistus yhteistyökumppanin kanssa

Haemme sinua, jolla on

  • halu työskennellä ihmisten parissa, hyvät vuorovaikutustaidot ja kyky viestiä selkeästi erilaisissa tilanteissa
  • hyvät tiimityö- ja priorisointitaidot sekä organisointi-, päättely- ja ongelmanratkaisukykyä
  • kyky omaksua liikennöintisopimuksiin liittyviä yksityiskohtia
  • positiivinen asenne ja kyky työskennellä paineen alla
  • kiinnostusta monikulttuurisessa työyhteisössä toimimiseen; aiempi kokemus katsotaan eduksi
  • hyvät Microsoft Office -taidot
  • kokemus linja-autonkuljettajana joukkoliikenteessä katsotaan eduksi
  • voimassa oleva D-luokan ajokortti ja kuljettajan ammattipätevyys katsotaan eduksi
  • aiempi kokemus linja-autoliikenteestä tai muusta soveltuvasta toimialasta tukee tehtävässä menestymistä
  • riittävä suomen kielen taito; englannin kielen taito katsotaan eduksi
  • sitoutunut ja vastuullinen työote sekä koet Nobinan arvot omaksesi. Lisäksi ymmärrät joukkoliikenteen yhteiskunnallisen merkityksen.
