Varastonhoitaja Espooseen – määräaikainen työsuhde

Haemme yhtä varastonhoitajaa vastuullisiin varaston hallinnoinnin ja ylläpidon tehtäviin Espoon Klovin päävarikollemme. Osana varastotiimiä palvelet Nobinan varaosatoimintoja ja sisäisiä asiakkaita. Tehtävä on määräaikainen 28.2.2027 asti, raportoit työssäsi suunnittelu- ja varaosapäällikölle.

Varastonhoitajana vastaat varaosavaraston hallinnasta ja toiminnan sujuvuudesta kuten erilaisista tilauksista, varaston ylläpidosta ja inventoinnista. Hoidat yhteydenpidon tavarantoimittajiin ja ostajiin sekä Suomessa että kansainvälisesti. Osallistut myös monipuolisesti erilaisiin projekteihin ja pääset työskentelemään uudistuvan sähköisen ajoneuvokalustomme kanssa.

Tehtävääsi kuuluvat

  • Vastaanotat ja hyllytät toimitukset
  • Seuraat aktiivisesti varastosaldoja ja työlle kirjaamisia sekä teet omatoimisesti täydennystilaukset varastoitavista tuotteista
  • Hoidat palautus- ja takuuasioita
  • Ylläpidät varaston siisteyttä ja järjestystä 5S:n mukaisesti
  • Viet varastonhallinnan toimenpiteet käytäntöön
  • Huolehdit varaosalogistiikasta tavarantoimittajien ja korjaamoiden välillä
  • Hoidat inventaariolaskennan.

Toivomme, että sinulla on:

  • Kokemusta varastotyöstä, kokemus raskaan kaluston varaosatoiminnoista luetaan eduksi.
  • Hyvä suomen kielitaito, englannin kielitaito katsotaan eduksi
  • Reipas ja omatoiminen työote
  • MS Officen käyttötaidot ja muiden käyttöjärjestelmien osaamista
  • Voimassa oleva B-luokan ajokortti.
