ABOUT THE ROLE

The Spa Reception Trainee will support the Spa Front Desk Team and Manager in their daily operations. On a daily basis, you will welcome guests to our unique Spa, following Six Senses Spa procedures and standards. You will provide information about our products, services, hotel facilities and the surroundings of Ibiza, while collaborating with other departments to provide excellent guest service and become a brand ambassador of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay.

You will have the opportunity to add a personal touch to every guest interaction and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the overall guest experience.

Program length: 4 to 6 months

Starting date: April – May 2027

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (C1 level).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable, along with previous hospitality or customer service experience.
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest service, with an outgoing and proactive personality.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a team-oriented approach.
  • Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
