As a small, specialized professional services company supporting both public sector and commercial customers, we need Technical Program Managers (TPMs) who can bridge the gap between complex technical vision and flawless execution.

Core Focus Areas

Our TPMs partner closely with our engineering teams and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. We look for leaders who can comfortably navigate and manage projects across our core pillars:

  • Application Development: Guiding agile teams to deliver robust, scalable software.
  • Data Engineering & AI/ML: Overseeing complex data pipelines, model deployments, and analytics initiatives.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Managing migrations, architecture optimization, and secure cloud deployments.

  • Remote-First: We are a fully remote company, though we do head onsite to customer locations as needed. We hire engineers located in California, Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. to ensure proximity to customers.
  • Our Footprint: We are headquartered in San Diego, CA, with a presence across the Southwest and the DC metro area.
