Aprūpe un atbalsts:

  • Veikt bērnu regulāru uzraudzīšanu;
  • Ievērot noteikumus, prasības un procedūras, lai bērnu drošība un aizsardzība ir visaugstākā prioritāte
  • Kopā ar kolēģiem plānot un organizēt bērnu ikdienu un līdzdarboties tajā;
  • Plānot un nodrošināt bērniem piemērotas kultūras, fiziskās un atpūtas aktivitātes;
  • Pavadīt laiku kopā ar bērniem, tai skaitā ārpus telpām;
  • Konteinēt jeb izturēt un sevī pārstrādāt bērnu nevēlamas uzvedības ietekmi uz sevi un pret bērniem izturēties savaldīgi;
  • Bērnu uzvedību primāri uzlūkot kā komunikāciju, kurā bērns izpauž savas vajadzības un pārdzīvojumus un pakāpeniski palīdzēt tās izpaust piemērotos veidos un izteikt vārdos;
  • Uzturēt bērnu dzīvojamo vidi piemērotu bērnu vajadzībām;
  • Sniegt aprūpi bērnu fiziskās veselības un higiēnas nodrošināšanai;
  • Veicināt sociālo prasmju attīstīšanu;
  • Būt ieinteresētam/-ai un vērīgam/-ai pamanīt bērnu stiprās puses un resursus
