  • Actief prospecteren en telefonisch contact leggen met bedrijven om nieuwe commerciële kansen te ontdekken.
  • Potentiële klanten warm maken voor de dienstverlening en inspelen op hun behoeften en uitdagingen.
  • Commerciële afspraken inplannen en opportuniteiten creëren voor verdere gesprekken met het accountmanagementteam.
  • Contactgegevens en commerciële acties zorgvuldig bijhouden in het CRM-systeem.
  • Je verdiepen in de wereld van professionele printoplossingen en de bijhorende diensten om klanten gericht te adviseren.
  • Je commerciële aanpak voortdurend verbeteren door ervaring op te doen, feedback te verwerken en nieuwe technieken aan te leren.
  • Je klantenportefeuille en verantwoordelijkheden verder uitbouwen, met de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een rol waarin je zelf klanten beheert en deals afsluit.

Als Accountmanager beschik je over de volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je bent een commercieel talent, met of zonder eerdere ervaring in sales.
  • Je communiceert vlot en legt gemakkelijk contact met nieuwe mensen.
  • Telefonische prospectie schrikt je niet af; je durft initiatief te nemen en gesprekken aan te gaan.
  • Je bent overtuigend en resultaatgericht en weet commerciële opportuniteiten te herkennen.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen zit in je karakter: je blijft gemotiveerd, ook wanneer een gesprek niet meteen tot resultaat leidt.
  • Je bent leergierig en ondernemend en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen een commerciële functie.
  • Zelfstandig werken gaat je goed af, maar je haalt ook energie uit samenwerken met collega's.
