  • Optimaliseren van bestaande bouwdossiers of zelf plannen uitwerken.
  • Tekenen van 2D-grondplannen en doorsnedes in AutoCAD.
  • Prijzen opvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, met oog voor actuele marktprijzen.
  • Budgetcontrole en verrekeningen strak opvolgen tijdens de werkvoorbereiding.
  • Materialen bestellen en onderaannemers vastleggen bij de opstart van elk project.
