  • Verwerken en opvolgen van internationale klantenorders van A tot Z, van orderinvoer en bevestiging tot de uiteindelijke levering.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers en bijhorende exportdocumenten.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, transporteurs en externe magazijnen.
  • Coördineren van leveringen en nauw samenwerken met interne afdelingen om een vlotte orderverwerking te garanderen.
  • Opvolgen van de voorraad in interne en externe magazijnen en meedenken over een efficiëntere goederenstroom.
  • Proactief zoeken naar oplossingen bij vertragingen, afwijkingen of andere logistieke problemen.
  • Ondersteunen van het salesteam bij het opstellen van offertes, beantwoorden van klantvragen en opvolgen van commerciële dossiers.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte afhandeling van bestellingen.
  • Onderhouden van sterke en professionele relaties met internationale klanten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het Customer Service-team en rapporteren aan de teamverantwoordelijke.

  • In het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Ervaring met orderverwerking binnen customer service, supply chain of een gelijkaardige administratieve functie.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van het Duits is een mooie troef.
  • Ervaring met sales support of commerciële binnendienst is een pluspunt.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en sterk in het bewaken van deadlines.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om verschillende klantendossiers gelijktijdig op te volgen.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid, met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Stressbestendig en sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Communicatief vaardig en klantgericht, met een professionele aanpak.
  • Een enthousiaste teamplayer die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen.
  • Vlot kunnen werken met MS Office, waaronder Excel, Word en Outlook.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en/of kennis van douane- en exportformaliteiten vormt een meerwaarde.
