Als Planner/Dispatcher zorg je ervoor dat routes, chauffeurs en goederenstromen dagelijks perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Je combineert transportplanning met communicatie, probleemoplossing en een nauwe samenwerking met het magazijn.Spreekt dit jou aan? Lees dan snel verder!De functie inhoudWat je gaat doen als Planner/Dispatcher:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Plannen van efficiënte routes en inzetten van het juiste vervoersmiddel.
  • Rekening houden met afhaalplaatsen, goederen, gewicht, aantal colli en vervoersdocumenten.
  • Gedurende de dag opvolgen en bijsturen van geplande ritten.
  • Oplossen van planningsproblemen waarmee chauffeurs onderweg geconfronteerd worden.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen planning, chauffeurs en magazijn.
  • Afstemmen over ritten die nog geladen moeten worden.
  • Dagelijks communiceren met chauffeurs, collega-planners, orderpickers, servicedesk en andere logistieke collega's.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten rond routes, capaciteit en bezetting.
  • Instrueren en ondersteunen van chauffeurs tijdens hun werkzaamheden.
  • Controleren van transportdocumenten en correct verwerken van de bijhorende administratie.
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse logistieke werking waar nodig.
  • Bewaken van een efficiënte en vlotte goederenstroom.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen transportplanning en logistieke processen.

Vanuit de regio Willebroek wordt dagelijks een omvangrijke goederenstroom georganiseerd naar professionele klanten. Je komt terecht in een dynamische logistieke omgeving waar transportplanning, magazijn en verschillende operationele teams nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Wie jij bent als Planner/Dispatcher:

  • Beschikt over een logistieke opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen transport- of logistieke planning.
  • Denkt planmatig en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht over verschillende ritten en prioriteiten.
  • Werkt gestructureerd en administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Kan snel schakelen wanneer onverwachte situaties de planning beïnvloeden.
  • Praktisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • Communiceert vlot met chauffeurs, collega's en klanten.
  • Kan chauffeurs op een duidelijke en positieve manier aansturen.
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar tussen 4.00 en 17.00 uur van maandag tot zaterdag.
  • Bereid om volgens een beurtrol vroege shiften en zaterdagwerk op te nemen.
