De functie inhoud Als projectleider aluminium ramen & deuren regio Kortrijk zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van jouw projecten.

  • Begeleiden van aluminium schrijnwerkprojecten van opmeting tot oplevering.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van de plaatsingsploegen op de werf.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, budget en deadlines tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Onderhouden van het klantencontact en afstemmen met architecten en aannemers.
  • Oplossen van technische vraagstukken en opvolgen van de oplevering.

Onze klant Onze klant is een familiaal bedrijf regio Kortrijk, gespecialiseerd in de productie en plaatsing van aluminium en PVC ramen en deuren. Met meer dan 90 jaar ervaring en een team van ongeveer 42 medewerkers groeide de onderneming uit tot een gevestigde speler binnen de sector. Zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten voor particuliere en professionele klanten behoren tot hun expertise.

Dankzij het eigen productieatelier en de interne plaatsingsdienst worden projecten van A tot Z opgevolgd. Vakmanschap, kwaliteit en een persoonlijke klantenaanpak staan daarbij centraal.

Je komt terecht in een ervaren team met korte communicatielijnen, waar nauwe samenwerking tussen kantoor, atelier en werf belangrijk is. Wat breng jij mee als projectleider?

  • Een bouwtechnische opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen buitenschrijnwerk, aluminium ramen en deuren is een grote troef!
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en vlot kunnen interpreteren van bouwplannen.
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en gevoel voor planning.
  • Voldoende assertiviteit om plaatsingsploegen aan te sturen en beslissingen te nemen.
