Je stuurt aannemers aan, bewaakt het budget en houdt de vorderingen op de werf nauw in het oog.   • Opvolgen van infrastructuurwerken, van startvergadering tot definitieve oplevering.
  • Leiden van wekelijkse werfvergaderingen met opdrachtgever, aannemer en nutsmaatschappijen.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren via technische fiches, uitvoeringsprocedures en wekelijkse werfbezoeken.
  • Financiële opvolging van projecten: bewaken van budgetten en controleren van vorderingsstaten.

Denk aan wegenis, fietspaden, riolering en waterbeheer, maar ook aan de inrichting van pleinen, parken en nieuwe woon- en bedrijfszones.Ze werken vooral voor overheden en projectontwikkelaars, aan uiteenlopende projecten die echt een impact hebben op de omgeving. Je stapt in een professionele werkomgeving waar samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan!Als projectleider krijg je veel vertrouwen: je neemt zelf verantwoordelijkheid op en hebt de flexibiliteit om je werk op jouw manier te organiseren.   • Diploma bouw/master Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring in infrastructuur of een studiebureau.
  • Vlotte kennis van Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is een pluspunt.
  • Communicatief sterk, collegiaal en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
