  • Ontwikkelen van een duidelijke groeivisie en vertalen naar concrete acties
  • Detecteren van nieuwe marktopportuniteiten en strategische groeipaden
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de CEO rond verdere strategische uitbouw
  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar innovatieve, op maat gemaakte oplossingen
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame, strategische klantenrelaties
  • Identificeren van groeikansen bij bestaande klanten en uitwerken van commerciële voorstellen
  • Begeleiden van het volledige commerciële traject, van eerste contact tot langdurige samenwerking
  • Actief betrokken blijven bij projectuitvoering en opvolging van resultaten
  • Versterken van zichtbaarheid via content, communicatie en gerichte campagnes
  • Vertalen van technische en complexe materie naar heldere, overtuigende boodschappen
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op events, bij klanten en in samenwerkingen

De organisatie ondersteunt bedrijven en overheden bij het optimaliseren van energieverbruik en het realiseren van duurzame oplossingen. Wetenschappelijk onderbouwd advies, strategisch inzicht en maatschappelijke impact staan centraal in hun werking. Wie zich herkent in deze rol als Senior Growth Manager:

  • Beschikt over 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in business development, marketing of sales binnen een B2B- of industriële context
  • Heeft een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een ingenieursrichting
  • Is sterk in het commercieel vertalen van technische expertise
  • Combineert strategisch denken met een hands-on aanpak
  • Heeft een uitgesproken ondernemende mindset en focus op waardecreatie
  • Bouwt vlot langdurige klantrelaties uit
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en heeft een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Heeft leidinggevende ervaring of de ambitie om dit verder op te nemen
