  • Begeleiden van kopers na verkoop bij technische keuzes en afwerkingsmogelijkheden.
  • Opvolgen van klantendossiers en gemaakte afspraken via het digitale platform.

Ben jij de technische klantenbegeleider die technische kennis combineert met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden?

  • Een relevante opleiding binnen bouw, interieur of vastgoed.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in klantenbegeleiding bij een projectontwikkelaar of interieurprofessional.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en interesse in hoogwaardige woonprojecten.
  • Goede kennis van Excel en digitale projectplatformen.
  • Communicatief sterk en assertief, ook bij moeilijke gesprekken of meerprijzen.
