Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, stuurt het team aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit van elk project.   • Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de carrosserie, van voorbereiding en spuitwerk tot de finale afwerking.
  • De planning, werkverdeling en voortgang houd je nauwlettend in de gaten. Zo weet iedereen wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van inkomende en afgewerkte projecten en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Bij technische vragen ondersteun je het team. Ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken, bijvoorbeeld bij het schuren, voorbereiden of spuiten, schrikt je niet af.
  • Je volgt het verbruik en de voorraad van verf en materialen op en zorgt dat de nodige producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je maakt nacalculaties op en bewaakt de efficiëntie en rendabiliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Problemen laat je niet aanslepen. Je zoekt oplossingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de werkplaats.

Onze klantJe gaat aan de slag bij een familiale onderneming in Spiere-Helkijn in een technische omgeving, waar een compact team dagelijks samenwerkt aan uiteenlopende projecten rond voertuigopbouw en afwerking. De zaakvoerders zijn nauw betrokken bij de werkvloer. Overleg verloopt rechtstreeks en beslissingen worden snel genomen. Jouw technische kennis en ideeën krijgen een belangrijke plaats. Je kunt de planning, werkverdeling en kwaliteitscontrole mee vormgeven. Zo zie je ook meteen resultaat van je werk! Ben jij wie we zoeken?

  • Je hebt praktijkervaring in carrosserie, industriële spuitwerken of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Je kent verschillende spuittechnieken, verfsoorten en coatingsystemen en weet hoe je een kwalitatief eindresultaat bereikt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van medewerkers en weet taken duidelijk te verdelen.
  • Je plant gestructureerd, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ook bij drukte het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt technische informatie duidelijk overbrengen.
  • Ervaring met vrachtwagens, bestelwagens of grotere constructies is mooi meegenomen.
