The posting

Liderar, orientar e gerenciar a equipe de vendas externas na região de São José do Rio Preto, sendo responsável pelo planejamento e execução de rotas comerciais, ações de campo e eventos. O profissional atuará no fortalecimento da presença da marca Royal Enfield na região, impulsionando a captação de clientes, a realização de test rides e o alcance das metas de vendas do segmento de motocicletas.

Gestão e Desenvolvimento de Equipe:

· Acompanhar os vendedores externos em campo durante visitas e abordagens comerciais.

· Capacitar a equipe em técnicas de vendas, negociação e no portfólio de produtos (motos, vestuário, acessórios e estilo de vida da marca).

· Gerenciar metas individuais e coletivas, monitorando diariamente indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), taxa de conversão e volume de vendas.

Planejamento e Cobertura de Território:

· Mapear o mercado e estruturar as rotas comerciais da equipe em São José do Rio Preto e cidades da região sob responsabilidade da loja.

· Identificar novos polos de prospecção, grupos de motociclistas e oportunidades de negócios na região.

Gestão de Ações Comerciais e CRM:

· Planejar, supervisionar e executar ações de vendas externas, montagem de estandes e eventos de Test Ride itinerante.

· Monitorar a gestão do funil de vendas e cadastros no CRM, garantindo a qualidade do follow-up da equipe.

· Acompanhar a concorrência local e propor ações promocionais estratégicas.

Eventos e Relacionamento com a Comunidade:

· Coordenar e participar da presença da marca em encontros de motociclistas, feiras do setor e eventos regionais.

· Promover ações de engajamento da comunidade (como passeios e encontros de clientes) para consolidar a cultura e a experiência Royal Enfield.

Operação e Parcerias Estratégicas:

· Desenvolver parcerias comerciais com estabelecimentos e empresas locais alinhadas ao perfil do público-alvo.

· Assegurar o correto uso, manutenção e logística das motocicletas da frota de demonstração e Test Ride.

· Elaborar relatórios de resultados de campo, trazendo feedbacks de mercado e consolidando o retorno das ações realizadas.

Requisitos do Perfil

• Experiência prévia em supervisão ou liderança de equipes de vendas externas (diferencial no segmento automotivo ou motocicletas).

• CNH Categoria A e B válida.

• Orientação para metas, gestão de indicadores e uso de ferramentas de CRM.

• Disponibilidade para viagens regionais e flexibilidade de horários para acompanhamento de eventos aos finais de semana.

• Vivência pelo universo do motociclismo e habilidade no relacionamento interpessoal.
