Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, integriteit en samenwerking creëren we duurzame trajecten en bieden we onze medewerkers de ruimte om hun expertise verder te ontwikkelen.Voor een van onze klanten, actief binnen een hoogtechnologische industriële omgeving, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren QHSE Project Manager met een sterke achtergrond in technische veiligheid en machineveiligheid.In deze functie neem je de leiding over verschillende QHSE-projecten en zorg je ervoor dat veiligheidsstandaarden niet alleen worden uitgewerkt, maar ook daadwerkelijk worden geïmplementeerd binnen de organisatie.Functie omschrijvingAls QHSE Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en implementatie van projecten rond technische veiligheid. Je werkt nauw samen met operationele verantwoordelijken, technische experten en QHSE-teams.Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je leidt QHSE-projecten van A tot Z, van de eerste analyse en projectplanning tot de uiteindelijke implementatie.
  • Je coördineert projecten rond Management of Change (MOC), machineveiligheid en andere technische veiligheidsprocessen.
  • Je vertaalt bestaande en nieuwe veiligheidsnormen naar duidelijke, werkbare procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten rond onder andere LOTO, veilig hijsen, mobiele arbeidsmiddelen en contractor safety.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een uniforme toepassing van veiligheidsstandaarden.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en risico's van de verschillende projecten.
  • Je volgt relevante KPI's op en rapporteert hierover aan het QHSE-management.
  • Je begeleidt de betrokken teams bij de invoering van nieuwe processen en zorgt voor een goede overdracht naar de operationele organisatie.

Je krijgt hierbij de nodige autonomie om projecten zelfstandig te organiseren en tot een goed einde te brengen. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die technische veiligheidskennis combineert met sterk projectmanagement.

  • Je beschikt over het certificaat Preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden en implementeren van QHSE-projecten.
  • Je beschikt over praktische ervaring met machineveiligheid (Machinery Safety).
  • Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in technische en procesveiligheid.
  • Je kunt complexe normen en veiligheidsvereisten vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Ervaring met MOC, ATEX, LOTO, PHA/PRA of Mechanical Integrity is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet verschillende stakeholders mee te krijgen in veranderingen.

Je combineert een analytische blik met een pragmatische aanpak. Je durft knelpunten aan te kaarten en weet nieuwe veiligheidsprocedures op een constructieve manier ingang te laten vinden.
