The posting

Your Will Be’s:

We’re looking for a Product Marketeer who’s equal parts storyteller, strategist, and cultural observer.

At Noise, products aren’t just built — they’re designed to be felt. You’ll shape how people see, understand, and connect with our products — from first glance to lasting impression.

If you live at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and aesthetics, this role is made for you.

Build the Product Story

  • Define the why, who, and how behind every product — turning insight into emotion and features into meaning.
  • Craft a sharp, differentiated positioning that fits both the product and the cultural moment.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to translate stories into visually consistent brand worlds — across launch films, packaging, app interfaces, and campaign visuals.

Anticipate What’s Next

  • Track consumer behaviour, lifestyle trends, design shifts, and tech innovations to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Feed these insights back into product and design teams — influencing what we create next.
  • Maintain a trend radar across fitness, fashion, wearables, and digital culture — ensuring Noise stays ahead of the curve.

Extend Product Life & Loyalty

  • Build long-tail marketing strategies that sustain relevance beyond the launch window.
  • Drive CRM, content, and community programs that deepen engagement and advocacy.
  • Use user-generated content, reviews, and data to evolve product narratives visually and tonally over time.

Lead the End-to-End GTM

  • Own 360° GTM planning — from intrigue and pre-booking to launch, retention, and reactivation.
  • Ensure every touchpoint (online/offline) reflects a unified product narrative and visual identity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — product, growth, creative, influencer, and retail — to deliver seamless launches.

Measure & Optimize

  • Define success metrics across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer sentiment to refine future GTMs.
  • Blend intuition with insight — balancing creative instinct with measurable impact.

The Ideal Noisemaker:

  • 5–8 years in Product Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Category Marketing roles.
  • Prior experience in consumer tech, lifestyle, fashion, or premium D2C environments.
  • Proven success in product positioning, GTM ownership, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Storytelling: Ability to turn complex product truths into clear, emotionally compelling narratives.
  • Visual Sense: Strong eye for design, composition, and aesthetics; understands how a product should look, feel, and live across platforms.
  • Cultural & Consumer Insight: Deep understanding of emerging consumer behavior, category shifts, and trend mapping.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to plan and lead end-to-end campaigns with precision and creative consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communicator who can align creative, product, and business teams around one shared vision.

Nice to have

  • Background or strong interest in design, photography, or creative direction.
  • Experience working closely with visual design
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, or campaign visualization workflows.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
