The posting

We are looking for a Partnerships & PR Specialist to join NOX Holding and support the growth of our business ecosystem by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, representing the company at relevant events, increasing brand awareness, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and networking skills, a proactive approach to identifying prospects, and the ability to effectively present NOX Holding's integrated business solutions to potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent NOX Holding at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking activities.
  • Present NOX Holding's products and integrated business solutions to prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential prospects across relevant industries.
  • Generate and develop qualified leads through networking, events, market research, referrals, and other channels.
  • Increase awareness and visibility of the NOX Holding brand within the target market.
  • Research potential companies, decision-makers, and organizations that could benefit from NOX Holding's services.
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and introduce relevant NOX solutions based on their business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prospects are properly followed up and opportunities are developed.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, stakeholder interactions, and business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Support the development of partnerships and strategic collaborations that contribute to NOX Holding's business objectives.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Account Management, PR, Events, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and understand potential business opportunities.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or client acquisition is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable representing a company at events and interacting with different levels of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Good research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
