In der Position des Projektcontrollers (m/w/d) am Standort in Leipzig bist du Sparringspartner für den Head of Controlling, den Vorstand sowie für deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Buchhaltung, dem Einkauf und die Projektleitungen. Du baust den Bereich Projektcontrolling neu auf und bist Motor und Impulsgeber für neue Prozesse und Strukturen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst das Projektcontrolling für Bauprojekte von der Anlage bis zur finalen Abrechnung.
  • Du erstellst Hochrechnungen, Prognosen sowie Potenzial- und Risikoanalysen zur Steuerung der Projekte.
  • Du legst Projekte und Projektstrukturen in MS Dynamics 365 an und pflegst kontinuierlich alle relevanten Projektdaten.
  • Du analysierst Kennzahlen, führst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche durch und leitest Abweichungen ab.
  • Du entwickelst das monatliche Berichtswesen und erstellst aussagekräftige Unternehmensreports.
  • Du unterstützt die Budgetierung und das Forecasting im Projektmodul von MS Dynamics 365.
  • Du prüfst Rechnungen, steuerst die Zahlungsabwicklung und überwachst Verträge sowie Nachträge in enger Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten.
  • Du übernimmst das Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Projektleitung, Einkauf, Buchhaltung und Geschäftsführung und begleitest Audits sowie die Einhaltung von Compliance-Richtlinien.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Controlling
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit, idealerweise in Bau-, Immobilien- oder Projektabwicklung
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und MS Dynamics 365
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, analytisch, sorgfältig und strukturiert
  • Du bist zahlenaffin, umsetzungsstark und teamorientiert

Erstgespräch: In einem Telefonat (20-30 min) besprichst du mit Alea die wichtigsten Punkte und bekommst einen besseren Einblick in die kommenden Aufgaben. Zweitgespräch: In diesem Gespräch (45 min) lernst du deinen zukünftigen Teamleiter und Head of Controlling, Roberto, kennen und ihr tauscht euch auf fachlicher Ebene aus. Persönliches Treffen: Im Gespräch (1h) vor Ort lernst du deine zukünftigen Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie das Büro kennen und kannst alle deine offenen Fragen klären, bevor wir beide zu einer Entscheidung gelangen.
