Die Noldin Immobilien AG ist ein Famillienunternehmen mit einem gemischten Immobilien\-Portefeuille im Grossraum Zürich. Wir verwalten hauptsächlich familieneigene Liegenschaften und sind aktiv in der Entwicklung und im Bau neuer Immobilienprojekte. Für die Unterstützung des bestehenden Teams suchen wir eine Person Sachbearbeitung Immobilienbewirtschaftung 80\-100% (m/w/d).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

  • Umfangreiche Unterstützung der Immobilien\-Bewirtschaftung
  • Administrative Betreuung der Mietenden
  • Korrespondenzen aller per E\-Mail und brieflich
  • Kontierung von Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Bearbeitung von Mietwechsel
  • Koordination von Reparaturaufträgen
  • Mitbetreuung der Kundenanrufe und Empfang der Kunden

Sie erfüllen folgende Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Hohes Mass an Sozialkompetenz und Belastbarkeit
  • Leistungsbereite und engagierte Persönlichkeit
  • Organisationstalent
  • Fähigkeiten zu vernetztem Denken und selbstständigem Arbeiten
  • Gute Umgangsformen und stilsicheres Deutsch
  • Interesse an einer langjährigen Anstellung

Von Vorteil sind:

  • Diplom Sachbearbeiter/in Immobilienbewirtschaftung oder die Bereitschaft den Lehrgang zu absolvieren
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit dem Betriebssystem für Immobilien RIMO R5
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse

Es erwartet Sie eine vielseitige, anspruchsvolle und selbstständige Tätigkeit mit spannenden Aufgaben. Wir sind ein kleines und aufgestelltes Team mit kollegialem Arbeitsklima. Unsere schönen Büroräumlichkeiten befinden sich an zentraler in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Wiedikon. Wir bieten Ihnen eine marktgerechte Entlöhung, eine 40\-Stunden\-Woche bei einem Anstellungspensum von 100% sowie die Möglichkeit, an einem Tag pro Woche im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.

Von Vorteil können Sie die Stelle per 1\. Januar 2027 oder früher antreten.
