Ben jij tevens een communicatief en organisatorisch sterk talent die het leuk vindt om onze verkopers te ondersteunen en er voor te zorgen dat zij de juiste focus houden? Dan ligt in deze functie misschien wel jouw nieuwe uitdaging!

Wat je gaat doen

In deze uitdagende functie (24-32 uur p/w) zoeken we een enthousiaste en administratief sterke duizendpoot die ondersteuning biedt aan onze verkopers (binnen- en buitendienst). Je helpt met het verwerken en doorsturen van informatie aanvragen, je assisteert bij het maken van offertes, je verwerkt orders en werkt nauw samen met onze inkoop- en operations afdeling. Daarnaast zorg jij voor structuur en neem je een deel van de verkoop uit handen. Dit allemaal in een organisatie waarin we, naast hard werken, ook tijd maken om met elkaar te lunchen, teamuitjes organiseren, je gebruik kunt maken van onze sportfaciliteiten en er daarnaast een gezellige vrijdagmiddagborrel is. In deze uitdagende functie haal je continu het beste uit jezelf, het team en het bedrijf.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van leads
  • Het ondersteunen van onze accountmanager
  • Het maken van planningen
  • Zorgen voor de follow-up
  • Het plannen van trips
  • Verkopen van servicecontracten en software upgrades
  • Beheer van email tijdens afwezigheid van de verkopers
  • Bijhouden van (sales) activiteiten & administratie in Hubspot
  • Verwerken van orders

What you bring to the table

  • MBO4 working and thinking level
  • Strong organizational skills, you enjoy setting the tone and are not afraid to discuss this with salespeople
  • Service-oriented, you ensure that the right information reaches the customer
  • Skilled in customer administration (preferably experience with Hubspot)
  • Good written and spoken English and Dutch
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A real team player who enjoys helping people
