Für unser Team bei NOLL suchen wir eine freundliche, kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit für den Empfang.

Als erste Ansprechperson am Telefon und vor Ort sorgen Sie dafür, dass sich unsere Kunden und Besucher von Anfang an willkommen fühlen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kunden und Besucher

* Annahme eingehender Telefonate und Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Ansprechpersonen bzw. Nebenstellen

* Entgegennahme und verlässliche Weitergabe von Nachrichten, Terminen und Rückrufwünschen

* Telefonische Nachbetreuung von Coverseal-Anfragen, die über unseren Angebotskalkulator eingehen:

* Schrittweise Übernahme weiterer allgemeiner Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben nach entsprechender Einschulung

Das bringen Sie mit

* Ein gepflegtes Auftreten und eine freundliche, offene Ausstrahlung

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbetreuung

* Eine angenehme, verständliche Ausdrucksweise und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Computer und gängigen Office-Programmen

* Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und mit den Aufgaben zu wachsen

Erfahrung am Empfang, im Kundenservice oder im Büro ist von Vorteil. Auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen.

Das erwartet Sie

Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit persönlichem Kundenkontakt, einer schrittweisen Einschulung und der Möglichkeit, nach und nach weitere Aufgaben im Büro zu übernehmen.

Eintritt: ab Jänner 2027

Entlohnung: ab 2.060,00 EUR
